Shipping:
All orders will receive full tracking information via email. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
Boomshoppers is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows delivered. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. Should you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with the shipping services selected, neighbors or building manager, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
On-time Delivery
We guarantee our product(s) to be delivered on time. Each product contains "On-time Delivery" guarantee, and the "Estimated Delivery" time-frame.
With the on-time delivery guarantee, you'll be able to know exactly in how many business days the order was shiped out, and within how many days the order will be delivered.
The "On-time Delivery" guarantee starts from the moment the shipping tracking number is places into our system (i.e. website). You can submit a "return and refund" request and get a full refund if you never received your order. If you finally got your order but not within the on-time delivery guarantee, we may issue a partial refund as a compensation, if you keep the parcel, or you can return back for full refund.
Domestic:
Standard Economy:
Boomshoppers ships via USPS Mail or UPS if selected at checkout for standard shipping. These services are offered for FREE on orders at check out. PO box addresses are allowed for shipping but (may vary).
Expedited & Overnight:
Expedited shipping services are available at checkout for most items and locations. Delivery will be made by UPS Ground or UPS Express during business days depending on delivery location. Orders placed between Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same or next day. Saturdays-Sundays and holidays are not considered business days. We cannot deliver to domestic PO boxes with expedited services unless the physical address of the PO boxes is stated on shipping address.
